In order to keep yourselves and our staff safe we will be working with fewer staff at any one time, spacing out appointment times to ensure extra time for sanitising work areas and will be operating on flexible working hours.
We kindly ask all clients to please:
- Arrive at your scheduled appointment on time and wait outside or in your car until called.
- Wear a mask as you enter the salon.
- Bring your own beverages as we are not allowed to supply hot drinks other than water, bringing your own water bottle will help.
- Come to your appointment alone.
- Fill in a NHS track and trace form upon arrival or via online.
- Allow your temperature (along with the staff) to be checked as you enter.
- Wash your hands or use supplied anti-bacterial hand sanitiser upon entry and exit.
- Remove their shoes and place them in sanitised baskets upon entry.
- Book a ‘product pickup’ appointment if in need of purchasing products as there is no walk-ins or drop-ins allowed.
- Utilise our online web-shop to purchase products that will be delivered straight to your door.
- Book your appointments via our NEW app ‘Beauty on Demand’ on the app store.
Covid-19 form
Before you come in to the salon, please take a moment to fill out our Covid form.

To ensure bod stays covid-safe, please do not come for an appointment if:
- You have had any of the following health symptoms in the last 48 hours:
- Fever – high temperature, feeling hot to touch on your chest or back
- Cough – a new, continuous cough, this means coughing a lot for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- Shortness of breath
- Vomiting
- Loss of sense of smell and taste – this means you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
- Abdominal pain or diarrhoea
- You or anyone in your household is under self or mandated isolation/quarantine
- You have had close contact with, or cared for someone who has tested positive for coronavirus in the past 14 days.
- You have been diagnosed with coronavirus.
- You have been anywhere with known community transmission cases in the last 14 days

If you have made a booking but now have Covid symptons
Please call to cancel if you have had any of the following symptoms in the last 48 hours:
- Fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea or muscle aches and pains.
- You or anyone in your household is under self or mandated isolation/quarantine.
- You have had close contact with, or cared for someone who has tested positive for coronavirus in the past 14 days.
- You have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the past 21 days.
- You have been anywhere with known community transmission cases in the last 14 days.
Your bod professional team have undergone specific COVID-19 Infection Control training and anticipate there may be further regulations to follow when and if advised via government regulations.
